Job Summary

As an IAM Solution New Business Executive youll drive growth by positioning our expertise in IAM Services and Solutions in the market and winning new business. Youll own the full sales cycle from strategy to deal closure while collaborating closely with Delivery and Pre-Sales. Your insights will shape our value proposition influence product direction and fuel cross-practice opportunities.

Our IAM practice group is on a mission to help organizations secure their digital identities and were looking for passionate individuals to help us lead the this role youll be at the forefront of targeted customer acquisition uncovering new business opportunities and building trusted relationships with clients who rely on us to protect their most critical assets. We build success on strategic sales and in depth knowledge around the challenges clients face in the IAM domain.

Whatyoulldo asIAM Solution New Business Executive

  • Identifyand win new customers (new logos) within the target market segment.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure in close collaboration with Delivery and Pre-Sales.
  • Position and evolve the practices unique value proposition in the market.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage cross-selling opportunities and share market insights.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting pipeline management and adherence to sales governance standards.
  • Efficiently handle and answer RFPs & tenders.

  • Permanentcontract.
  • A fulltime role (32 or 36 hours per week can be discussed)

Whatyoullbring to the team

  • Experience:36 yearsof challenger salesin B2B solution or IT. You have aproven new logotrackrecordandare highly familiar withmulti-solution have regularly navigated the process of stakeholder have ample experience working with CRMERPand / or prospectingsystemsand platforms(such as SalesforceHubspotAFAS Dynamicsand/or LinkedIn SalesNavigator).
  • Skills:Youare strong in managing a sales pipeline and accurately providing forecasts. You know how to sell solutions based on value and know how to structure deals enjoy finding and exploring sales are a proactive strategic and opportunity-focused approach to achieving goals. You are a strong communicator and eager to keep developing and learning through experiences.
  • Languages:Fluent proficient English both written and Danish.
  • Education/certifications: You have abachelorsdegree. Any relevant IAM / security certificatesisnice to have.You have a valid EU drivers license.
  • Availability:Youreavailableremotelyfor40hours per week(32 hours can be discussed)andavailabletotravel from time to time if necessary.
  • Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in GermanyBelgiumor the Netherlandsto qualify for this role. You must be willing to travel from time to time.

  • As a part of the IAM practice group Salesteamyou will be collaborating closely with colleagues in the Benelux and DACH regions.
  • We have weekly standups to share wins challenges and progress on projects.
  • Everyone has biweekly 1:1s with the Head of Sales to discuss how they are doing progress challenges and any topics they need help with.
  • As a team we take a leading role in expanding the organizations IAM market position through expertise customer focus and strong commercial execution. We strive to be trusted advisors for customers in the field of Identity & Access Management translating complex security challenges into clear actionable solutions.
  • We aim to enhance collaboration with technology and channel partners to increase joint opportunities.
  • We find it important to demonstrate thought leadership through customer presentations webinars or whitepapers on IAM trends such as zero trust identity governance and AI-driven security.
  • We build and maintain a strategic customer portfolio with strong NPS and consistent year-over-year growth.
