Job Summary

As a Business Analyst you will:

Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements
Gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements for software development initiatives
Translate business needs into technical specifications user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Design and document system interactions process flows and information models to support scalable system integration
Create and maintain flow diagrams sequence diagrams request/response models and architecture documentation
Support the design and evolution of Business Rule Engines Admin Tools and API-based integrations
Work closely with developers product owners scrum masters and analysts throughout the software development lifecycle
Validate requirements and resolve ambiguities or conflicting needs during development and implementation phases
Ensure smooth integration across systems through effective data flow and process modeling

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of experience as a Business Analyst Information Analyst or similar role in a software development environment
Strong understanding of IT landscapes system architecture and API-driven integrations
Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP-based services
Hands-on experience creating visual models such as UML diagrams flow diagrams and sequence diagrams
Experience using visual modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect (preferred)
Knowledge of business rule and process modeling with exposure to tools such as Drools being an advantage
Working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Translate complex business requirements into clear and structured technical documentation
Analyze system interactions and design efficient data and process flows
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Facilitate requirement workshops and clarify functional expectations with stakeholders
Identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities within existing systems
Support development teams by providing detailed functional insights and validating implemented solutions
Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced development environment
