| Responsibilities: | - Proofread materials for both print and digital distribution
- Ensure that the text contained in various materials is free of errors easy to read and conforms to university style guidelines
- Assist the Proofreader with editing changes to the annual Course Catalog especially building/editing tables
- Edit MarCom projects on an as-needed basis
- Maintain university branding consistency in all university collateral
- Collaborate with team members on design and copy

| Qualifications: | - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including a solid knowledge of English spelling and grammar
- High standard for organization with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management
- Familiarity with AP Style guidelines
- Experience with Wrike (or similar project management tool) CourseLeaf Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InCopy a plus
- Must be in good academic standing
