About the role:

Youll be the go-to person for making sure payments happen smoothly securely and on time for our clients. Including uploading and processing payments across both traditional and digital banking platforms and help set up and maintain client bank accounts.

As the primary liaison between the White Sky Billing Team and the Banking function youll ensuring smooth coordination of payment activities and strict compliance with White Skys internal banking processes controls and security requirements.

What youll be doing:

Processing client payments vis client banking platforms:

• Processing Australian domestic supplier payments by EFT/BPAY/Credit Card.
• Processing Australian payroll payments.
• Processing international money transfers (IMT) using International Banks Australian banks and digital banking platforms.
• Setting up and managing scheduled and recurring payments.
• Ensuring all banking checks are performed for all payments (bank accounts/ approvals/ amounts/ documentation).
• Maintain strict adherence to banking security protocols and controls.
• Conduct supplier verification procedures (incl. Eftsure ABN checks and bank account validation).
• Escalate unusual or suspicious transactions.

Client bank account maintenance:

• Assist with client onboarding across multiple banking platforms including Airwallex major Australian banks (Westpac NAB ANZ CBA Bendigo) and international banking providers.
• Prepare and submit bank authority forms user access requests and signatory updates.
• Configure approval workflows user permissions and account structures across banking platforms.
• Set up debit/credit cards virtual cards or expense cards for clients using digital banks (e.g. Airwallex).
• Troubleshoot client banking and platform issues coordinating with banks and digital platform Account Managers to ensure timely resolution.
• Depositing all domestic and foreign currency cheques at bank branches.

Other:

• Managing and monitoring all banking tasks in Outlook.
• Providing guidance to all billing staff on correct banking procedures.
• Documenting all banking processes and keeping all documentation up to date.
• Management of all ad-hoc banking requests statements/banking questions etc.
• Maintain client bank access lists and ensure timely removal of access for exited staff.

• Previous experience in accounts payable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Any music/creative industry knowledge (or interest in music) is also highly valued!
• Available to work 10:00am6:00pm MondayFriday.
