As a Senior Associate in our Accounts department you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions ensuring accuracy in reporting and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle end-to-end e-commerce accounting including sales returns discounts commissions and taxes across multiple online channels.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales reports (channel-wise/store-wise/product-wise).
Consolidate sales and settlement data from various sales channels & marketplaces.
Perform inventory accounting including GRN posting stock transfers transfer orders and stock adjustments.
Conduct inventory audits at warehouses/stores; prepare audit reports and ensure correction of variances.
Reconcile payment gateway settlements (UPI cards wallets etc.) with sales reports and bank statements; track short/failed/refund cases.
Work on OMS for orders invoicing and ensuring correct flow from order to accounting entry.
Manage PO creation and procurement via OMS; coordinate with vendors for bills credit notes and payments.
Understand POS/physical store sales and ensure accurate accounting of cash/card/UPI collections.
Travel within and outside the city for audits process checks and on-ground verification.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

GST Basics Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Order Management Systems (OMS)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
