Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with 8–12 years of experience to lead creative thinking
ideation and execution across brand and business initiatives. This role requires a strong strategic mind a
refined creative point of view and the ability to translate complex business objectives into powerful
scalable creative systems.
You will be responsible for defining creative direction building narratives and ensuring excellence in
execution across campaigns content and brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Strategic Thinking
• Lead the development of creative strategies campaign platforms and long-term creative territories
• Translate business brand and marketing objectives into clear differentiated creative directions
• Identify cultural category and consumer insights to inform creative decision-making
• Act as the creative thought partner to leadership and marketing teams
Ideation & Concept Development
• Drive high-quality ideation for brand campaigns films digital-first content and integrated
communication
• Push for original insight-led ideas that move beyond surface-level execution
• Ensure ideas are strategically sound creatively ambitious and executable at scale
Creative Execution & Quality Control
• Own the creative process from concept to final output ensuring consistency and craft
• Guide designers writers editors and external partners through clear creative direction
• Review and elevate all creative output to meet defined quality and brand standards
Brand & Narrative Ownership
• Build and protect the brand’s narrative tone of voice and visual expression across touchpoints
• Ensure creative work strengthens long-term brand equity while supporting short-term business
goals
• Develop creative frameworks and systems that allow for consistency across platforms and teams
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with leadership marketing product and business teams
• Present creative thinking and rationale with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders
• Manage agencies freelancers and production partners as required
Creative Culture & Standards
• Set creative benchmarks and establish best practices across teams
• Mentor and guide junior creative and strategy talent
• Foster a culture of clarity rigor and high creative ambition
Requirements
• 8–12 years of experience in creative strategy brand strategy advertising or integrated marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and executed work across multiple formats
• Proven ability to lead creative thinking while staying close to execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of digital social content and campaign ecosystems
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management capabilities
