We are a growing patient-focused healthcare group in Houston Texas offering a wide range of medical services including Primary Care Nephrology (Kidney Health) Infectious Disease Chiropractic and Pain Management. Our main goal is simple: to give high-quality specialized care while making our local community presence much bigger.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to be the main driver of how we get new patients. This job is very important for making our digital presence stronger and making sure new patients can easily find the specialized care they need.

What Youll Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Specialist you will be the expert who connects our high-quality medical services with the Houston community through digital tools with a main focus on local visibility and strategic growth planning.

1. Strategic Local Growth & Reputation Blueprint

You will plan and carry out full local search plans focused on achieving success in the Houston market. This means you will be fully in charge of our important Google Business Profiles making sure the settings are best for all locations and that all details are correct. A core focus will be the smart planning and use of Local SEO steps to get a top place in Google Maps and local searches. You will also manage patient reviews to protect and improve our great patient reputation.

2. Ads and Appointment Strategy

You will be responsible for planning and running high-impact Google Ads campaigns managing our budget wisely to get the best results and the most new patients. This includes designing and improving smart retargeting plans and steps to increase the number of leads that become confirmed appointments. You will also help with the strategy and execution of our Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to help more people see our brand.

3. Integrated Content Strategy & Brand Trust

You will create a full content plan for our social media focusing on strong stories that build trust and show our medical expertise. This means making interesting posts that show our expert doctors and services sharing successful patient experiences and making sure we have a clear professional brand voice across all digital places that fits our core values.

4. Data-Driven Growth & Planning

Success in this role means using data to make decisions. You will carefully check and understand important numbers (KPIs) like website traffic and the growth in new patient numbers. You will write monthly reports that clearly show what happened and give proactive smart ideas for changes and planning how to grow next.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a similar field.

  • Clear success in Digital Marketing.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Business Profile good Local SEO practices and running Google Ads campaigns.

  • Knowing about Meta Ads and how to plan social media content.

  • A mindset for analysis and the ability to track check and make conversion funnels better.

  • Advanced English skills are required for talking with our Houston-based team and correctly understanding medical service descriptions.

  • A profile as a self-starter: you are proactive independent and focused on results.

A Big Plus (Nice to Have)

  • Previous experience with U.S. healthcare marketing rules (HIPAA).

  • Experience working with many different clinics or doctor practices.

Required Education:

The required English level is C1 or above.
