Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Customer Enablement function comprises teams whose predominant focus is on enabling our customer-facing roles in their support of customers.
The Operational Excellence business unit supports this by improving productivity and efficiency providing resources for process improvements workforce capacity management process analytics and governance.
About the opportunity
As the Manager Process Architecture and reporting to the Senior Manager Process Excellence you are responsible for supporting the delivery and management of a comprehensive risk-aligned process architecture and enabling business teams to manage their processes.
