We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business for a commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate is a natural net-worker who enjoys building relationships meeting with business owners and facility managers and creating customized cleaning solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning sales opportunities through prospecting cold outreach networking and referrals
Conduct on-site walk-throughs and needs assessments with potential clients
Create and present cleaning service proposals tailored to client requirements
Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM software
Represent the company professionally at industry events trade shows and local business functions
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales (janitorial/cleaning facility services or related industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/markets potential track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Skills Proven work experience as a sales representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday Commission pay
