Position Overview
Support customers through their online vehicle purchasing journey by providing expert guidance responding to inquiries and facilitating digital sales processes. This role bridges traditional automotive sales expertise with modern digital communication channels.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Respond promptly to online inquiries from website email chat and social media platforms
- Provide detailed vehicle information pricing and availability to prospective customers
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through professional digital communication
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move customers through the sales funnel
Sales Support & Processing
- Assist customers with online financing applications and credit submissions
- Coordinate virtual vehicle tours demonstrations and test drive appointments
- Process online reservations deposits and purchase agreements
- Prepare accurate quotes and payment options tailored to customer needs
Digital Tools & CRM Management
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the dealerships CRM system
- Update inventory listings and vehicle descriptions across digital platforms
- Utilize digital retailing tools to facilitate remote transactions
- Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with sales team finance department and service advisors
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and pickup arrangements
- Liaise with trade-in appraisal team for online valuations
- Ensure smooth handoff between digital inquiry and in-person experience
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of automotive products features and financing options
- Experience with live chat email marketing or social media customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and typing skills

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience (automotive experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
