We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer Test Automation to join our engineering team. Reporting to the Senior Director Software Development Engineering youll be responsible for:
- Leading a small team of QA engineers including direct involvement in manual functional testing and test automation development
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Development DevOps) to ensure quality throughout the SDLC specifically contributing to test strategy planning code review processes and release/deployment coordination
- Managing feature testing and creating automation frameworks with a proven record of significantly increasing team productivity
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Intermediate or higher level proficiency in Python and shell scripting
- 10 years of experience in software development and Quality Assurance area
- Experience in building both API automation frameworks with Python and UI automation with Selenium or Playwright
- Demonstrated proficiency in test planning and strategy development
- Should have good aptitude and analytical skills
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in at least one cloud env e.g. AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience working with container env such as docker kubernetes
- Experience with at least one Cloud based CI/CD such as Github Gitlab Bitbucket or Jenkins
