What Youll Do - Lead the design and oversight of highly individualized evidence-based behavior support plans.
- Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs while collaborating with families and community partners to ensure meaningful progress.
- Monitor outcomes uphold clinical and ethical standards and foster a culture of continuous professional growth.
Who You Are - BCBA certified with current state licensure (or eligible).
- Experienced in supervising behavior therapists or RBTs (1 year or more experience required).
- A collaborative compassionate clinician who loves to learn and grow.
- Excellent communicator and natural team leader.
