Job Summary

Are you a skilled operator with hands-on experience in paint welding machine operations or metal fabrication Do you take pride in producing high-quality products that represent brands across North America Blair Image Elements is seeking experienced manufacturing operators to join our team in Altoona.

In this role youll play a key part in fabricating assembling and finishing signage and branding elements ensuring accuracy efficiency and quality throughout the production process.

What youll be doing:

Operate machinery and equipment for fabrication and assembly
Apply expertise in painting welding or metal fabrication to produce high-quality signage
Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Track jobs and production progress using computer systems
Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot minor production issues
