Job Summary
Shopbop is seeking a Lead Off-Figure Stylist to join our Creative Operations this role you will lead and mentor a team of stylists in creating elevated brand-right imagery that showcases the craftsmanship material and form of accessories footwear handbags and off-model apparel. You will blend creative vision technical expertise and leadership to deliver imagery that inspires our global customer and drives commercial success.
As the Lead Off-Figure Stylist you will define styling standards provide clear and actionable feedback and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. You are a creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced studio environmentbalancing operational efficiency with visual storytelling that reinforces Shopbops position as a global fashion authority.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the off-figure styling team responsible for delivering high-quality imagery for accessories footwear handbags and off-model apparel
Set and maintain styling standards that ensure product accuracy brand consistency and inspirational presentation
Develop prop styling strategies that elevate storytelling and enhance product perception across PDPs
Provide daily coaching feedback and mentorship to full-time and freelance stylists fostering growth and technical mastery
Partner cross-functionally with Photography Art Direction and Production teams to align creative intent with brand and business goals
Troubleshoot complex styling challenges leveraging your expertise to maintain speed quality and efficiency
Audit site launches and ensure imagery meets all creative and operational standards
Contribute to workflow innovation and process improvements that raise the bar on studio productivity
Lead high-visibility brand launches trend stories and seasonal initiatives requiring elevated execution and cross-team alignment
- Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce editorial or retail styling with a focus on off-figure accessory or prop styling
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring creative teams in a fast-paced studio environment
- Strong understanding of composition proportion and product presentation
- Exceptional attention to detail organization and time management
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors degree in Fashion Design Styling or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 5 years of styling experience in editorial e-commerce or relevant retail environment
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One
- Flexibility to cross-train in other Creative Operations roles
- Portfolio demonstrating strong styling perspective

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
