Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $110000 - 140000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting pay within this range will be determined based on the candidates experience qualifications and/or skillset.

Summary

The Product Manager provides strategic marketing leadership for assigned products based on based on customer insights market analysis and regular competitive review. The Product Manager should be intimate with the P&L of the assigned product lines and identify areas for revenue growth and profit improvement in line with organization long term strategies.

Essential Functions

Product Innovation and Roadmap Development

Develop and execute a multi-year innovation roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trends for assigned products.

Customer Insights & VOC (Voice of Customer)

Engage directly with customers OEMs and distributors to gather deep insights into their operations pain points and evolving needs to inform product decisions.

Market Dynamics & Competitive Intelligence

Monitor industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to anticipate shifts and inform product strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Lifecycle Management

Manage the product lifecycle from concept and development through launch and end-of-life aligned with business goals customer requirements and intellectual property.

Opportunity Identification & Lead Generation

Identify emerging opportunities and applications within product line strategy and support sales teams to qualify and advance opportunities.

Pricing Strategy

Develop pricing recommendations based on market and customer requirements and monitor pricing effectiveness to maximize profitability.

Operational Footprint Alignment

Collaborate with operations supply chain and manufacturing teams to understand production capabilities lead times and cost drivers and align with product portfolio.

Performance Measurement & KPIs

Track and report key business metrics for assigned products to evaluate product performance and inform actions.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelors degree required (marketing engineering); masters degree in marketing or business a plus.

Experience: 3 years of product management experience preferably with an industrial business with similar customer base. Experience in product launches market analyses product line strategies and product portfolio management. Analytical mindset strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
