JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the International Operations and New Ventures divisions in the administration processing dissemination of information including employment benefits personnel records payroll training and development organizational development Team Member services or employee relations. Serves as the first contact point for Team Members in issue identification and resolution where appropriate.
This assignment will last until March 6th 2026.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports research and data gathering tasks for New Ventures.
- Supports HR team with project planning talent acquisition administrative support org chart creation / maintenance / requisition creation.
- Coordinates onboarding tasks including but not limited to IT assets email set up fingerprinting I-9 and orientation(s).
- Create and maintain materials reports and communication in support of HR processes and programs.
- Coordinates programing around various engagement and development activities to support our International and New Ventures Team Members globally.
- Maintain calendars including but not limited to HR Programing Onboarding and Team Member Engagement.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with theme park/hospitality industry and work environments.
- Able to represent the company in all interactions with professionalism and a high degree of integrity.
- High degree of confidentiality and tact to handle sensitive Human Resources and cultural situations.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to handle multiple priorities and flexibility to effectively handle evolving priorities.
- Self-starter - ability to work independently with little to no direction.
- Strong follow through and follow up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with MS SharePoint.
- PeopleSoft SAP familiarity preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of Human Resources or Project Coordinator experience in a fast-paced high-volume work environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior theme park/hospitality industry experience preferred.
