The Senior Project Manager role provides leadership and oversight for a wide range of land development and public works projects encompassing site civil design permitting and project delivery. The position leverages strong stormwater and hydrologic/hydraulic expertise to support multidisciplinary efforts while maintaining a broad scope that is not limited to stormwater-focused practice.

Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10-15 years of relevant land development engineering experience including the following:
- Private-sector commercial residential and mixed-use land development
- Preparing and reviewing engineering reports civil construction plans and permitting submittals
- Coordinating with multiple design teams and managing client interactions
- Providing land development engineering services in Texas
- Stormwater and hydrologic/hydraulic expertise applied within broader land development projects
- Demonstrated experience with client management business development and negotiating scope and fees
- Overseeing complex permitting construction plan production and master planning efforts
- 7 years of progressive project management experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring staff
- Proficiency with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and common hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools
- Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Central Texas market experience particularly the San Antonio and Austin regions
- Familiarity with local and state permitting agencies and development regulations
- Experience with proposal writing and client-facing presentations
- Experience delivering private site development and public works projects including street drainage and utility design as stand-alone assignments or as part of multidisciplinary project teams
