We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrator to join our Mt Wellington depot. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our warehouse and transport activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily administrative duties including data entry filing and general documentation.
- Process and verify stock documentation such as invoices delivery dockets and consignment notes.
- Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory and stock-movement records.
- Liaise with drivers customers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Prepare and distribute operational documents including reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist with preparing reviewing and processing weekly billing to ensure accuracy.
- Support Health & Safety and Quality Assurance processes as required.
- Provide general office and reception support including answering calls and responding to enquiries
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm.
Qualifications :
About You
- Previous experience in administration logistics support or a warehousing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office particularly Excel Outlook and Word.
- Clear and confident communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cold storage or food distribution operations is desirable but not essential.
- A positive team player with a can-do attitude.
