As our HR Consultant (Wellbeing & Contracts) youll take the lead on embedding wellbeing across the Council shaping initiatives evaluating their impact and ensuring staff have access to effective inclusive support.

A key part of your role will be managing wellbeing supplier contracts from monitoring performance and budgets to maintaining collaborative relationships that deliver real value for money. Youll work closely with managers employees and partners to make sure our wellbeing services remain responsive high-quality and aligned to the Councils People Strategy.

No two days are the same: one day you might be analysing data and feedback to improve a wellbeing offer; the next youll be meeting suppliers resolving an issue or launching a new campaign to support staff health and engagement.

Please note the position involves hybrid working and is fixed-term for one year.

  • Work independently balancing challenge with collaboration to secure good outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers managers and staff to ensure effective service delivery
  • Communicate clearly across digital and face-to-face channels
  • Use data research and feedback to drive improvement and innovation
  • Promote equality diversity and inclusion in all aspects of their work
