Job Summary
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer and client experience.
- Provide support in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks to ensure successful execution.
- Document process changes and improvements for future reference.
- Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically 3 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
- Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation
- Experience using SharePoint and Microsofts Power Platform
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Location - Employees located within 25 miles of a DXC office or client site will be required to work onsite at minimum 2 times per week.
