Job Summary
- Practical experience in the full lifecycle of event booking & execution including prospecting & pitching to contracting and handoff to operations
- Basics of evaluating event evaluation negotiating terms managing calendars and partnering with promoters agencies rights-holders and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of venue economics technical requirements risk assessment and the broader live entertainment and sports landscape
- Relationship building and strategic sales planning
- Develop and deliver venue pitch materials and tracking documents
- Market trends & industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- A current college student or recent graduate with an interest in sports live events entertainment or venue management.
- A strong communicator who feels comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners
- Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiatives and is excited to contribute wherever needed
- Curious coachable and open to feedback with a desire to develop new skills
- Comfortable working in a team setting and collaborating with departments across the club and venue
- Interest to prospect pitch and close events in a competitive marketplace
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient with productivity and presentation tools
