The Role
We are hiring a Finance Analyst to professionalize automate and scale our financial operations across Brazil Belgium and Portugal. This is a hands-on role combining accounting operations treasury ownership ERP automation KPI analytics and fundraising-grade reporting.
You will play a central role in migrating all financial routines from spreadsheets into Odoo and Asana building reliable automated reporting and ensuring the company reaches true operational autonomy.
This role is ideal for a high-accountability systems-oriented finance professional who thrives in fast-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Process bills invoicing payments payroll and month-end closing.
- Manage reconciliations including bank credit cards intercompany and factoring invoices.
- Handle claims management credit insurance declarations and trade finance instruments (LC issuance and management).
- Maintain relationships with banks and manage credit lines and treasury instruments.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Own daily treasury operations for Brazil and EU entities.
- Ensure liquidity forecasting cash optimization and payment precision across multiple currencies.
- Monitor FX exposure and intercompany cash flows.
Systems Automation & Data Integrity
- Migrate all financial routines from spreadsheets into Odoo and Asana.
- Ensure ERP data integrity minimum data standards and automated reporting.
- Design scalable workflows enabling operational autonomy.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce high-fidelity financial reports (P&L Cash Flow DRE) to support fundraising requirements.
- Build analytical reporting with budget control by cost center and analytics tag.
- Track operational efficiency KPIs daily to support the 10M revenue target with healthy margins.
Must-Have Profile
-Strong hands-on experience in:
- Bills processing invoicing payments payroll month-end close
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Factoring invoices credit insurance declarations
- Credit lines banking relationships and trade finance (LCs)
- Analytical reporting and budget control
-Comfortable working inside ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
-Proven ability to move financial routines from spreadsheets into automated systems.
-Strong ownership mindset with high attention to accuracy and deadlines.
-Ability to operate across multi-entity structures (Brazil / Belgium / Portugal).
-Advanced English required.
Nice-to-Have
- Fundraising exposure (Series A/B or acquisition projects).
- Power user of Asana for operational workflows.
- Experience in agro-industrial food manufacturing or ingredient sectors.
- Strong technical ERP background with automation and reporting architecture skills.
Background
- Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- Additional certifications in Data Analytics Corporate Finance or Treasury are a plus.
- KPI-driven mindset with comfort operating in high-accountability environments.
- Experience preparing investor-grade financial reporting in scale-up environments.
