Job Summary
We are looking for responsible and reliable people to join our Napier team as Plant & Terminal Operators on a casual basis.
This work would ideally suit someone with spare time on their hands who is energetic reliable and would like to earn some extra money.
About the role:
- Involves the unloading of fuel and bitumen ships.
- Additional duties may be offered based on your skills and positive attitude.
- Flexibility is keywe operate a 24/7 operation so youll need to be available for day night weekend and public holiday shifts.
- The work involves manual handling and working outside in all weather conditions.
- You will follow all operating procedures thoroughly and safely including strict health and safety requirements.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Proven ability to manage your time and work in a busy environment.
- A reliable and committed team member.
- Physically fit.
- Good verbal communication and able to maintain accurate written records.
- A current full Class A New Zealand driver licence is essential.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
