Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What youd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.
At the moment this role is focused on:
Becoming a Canva product expert: Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboarding ensuring customers realise the full value of Canvas platform.
Partnering 1:1 with clients: Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canvas best practices with each customers business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
Driving customer timelines and adoption: Understand customer business needs align them with Canvas best practices and ensure strong product engagement.
Co-building implementation processes: Collaborate to refine processes and best practices ensuring team success.
Understanding customer use cases: Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Centre and product experience.

Bring deep SaaS experience: Youve led the implementation of enterprise or SaaS solutions across large multi-region organisations including complex high-impact rollouts.
Are a strategic project driver: You can scope plan and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional teams always keeping executive stakeholders in the loop.
Put customers first: Youre passionate about building strong relationships and delivering thoughtful impactful experiences.
Love solving problems: Youre curious creative and driven to understand the why behind challenges and to turn insights into action.
Influence with confidence: Youre comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
Thrive in dynamic environments: You know how to juggle multiple priorities stay organised and keep the details sharp even when things move fast.
About the team
The Implementation team at Canva plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock the full value of Canva Enterprise. We help organisations streamline workflows maintain brand consistency accelerate campaign launches and foster design independenceall while ensuring security and scalability.
As part of this dynamic global team youll drive user engagement and adoption with a goal of having at least 80% of users actively creating designs in Canva. Together we make implementation a key differentiator that deepens customer success.
