Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses! Registered Nurses provide skilled nursing services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse or RN is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries illnesses or disabilities.
Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
Pay: $2300-$2400/ weekly
Shift Days/Nights
13 week assignment
Location: Albany NY
Scrubs: Navy blue required
EMR: Epic experience REQUIRED
Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced ICU RN to care for trauma surgical and neurological ICU patients. This role requires strong critical-care skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Important Requirements
- Epic experience REQUIRED
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Local candidates NOT accepted (per AMC rule 1/11/24 see ineligible counties list)
- Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission
- 2 years of ICU experience with trauma neuro and surgical ICU patients
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year total RN experience (2 years ICU for this role)
- CPR/BLS background check drug screen as required
- Ability to lift 30 lbs stand/walk for long periods and assist patient mobility
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to emergent situations
- Document accurately and comply with facility/ATC policies
