About the Role: We are seeking a high-profile experienced Complaint Manager to oversee and manage client complaints ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact for handling complex complaints ensuring timely resolution and maintaining regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle investigate and resolve client complaints in line with CySEC and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all cases and ensure timely responses.
- Liaise with Compliance Customer Support and Legal teams to ensure consistent resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
- Prepare complaint reports for management and regulators.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in complaints handling within the Forex/Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of CySEC regulations.
- Fluency in English and Greek (written & verbal) is mandatory.
- Analytical organized and able to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strictly locals only in line with our operational policies.
