We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our growing global team as a Healthcare Support Specialist focused on serving our Spanish-speaking clientele. This is an excellent remote opportunity but candidates must be physically residing in Bulgaria at the time of application.
Role Overview and Expectations
This position centers on being the primary point of contact for our customers offering top-tier support for inquiries related to our healthcare services. You will use Spanish and English skills daily to resolve problems offer clear information and ensure every customer interaction is positive and professional.
Language & Residency Rules
- You MUST be Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level).
- You MUST be Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- You MUST already live in Bulgaria.
- Accepted Documents for Employment: A valid Bulgarian Residency Card (with more than one year remaining) EU Citizenship or a Refugee Card is required.
Skills and Experience
While previous professional experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus it is not mandatory. We are committed to providing thorough paid training to get the right candidate up to speed.
Logistics
- Start Date: December 15 2025.
- Work Setup: This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday remote role. The company will supply all necessary computer and communication equipment.
Work Hours (Monday - Friday Rotation)
You must be available to work rotating shifts:
- Late Morning/Day Shift (11:00h - 20:00h)
- Afternoon/Evening Shift (13:00h - 22:00h)
- Evening/Night Shift (16:00h - 01:00h)
