Automotive Sales Manager

Job Summary
Were looking for a dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales this role youll be responsible for developing high-performing sales professionals setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit hire train and manage a high performing sales team.
- Desk deals track revenue logs and manage retail delivery reports.
- Provide ongoing coaching support and development to improve individual and team results.
- Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
- Support the sales team in the showroom assisting with customer interactions and closing deals.
- Manage the negotiation process with the sales team to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Appraise vehicles for trade.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused sales process from start to finish.
- Comply with all company policies procedures and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management.
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and basic math.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
