About the Role As a Sales Manager you will lead coach and inspire a team of sales representatives to exceed targets while driving business growth in the mid-market sector. Youll own revenue results for both your individual performance and your teams success guiding end-to-end sales processes-from pipeline generation to closing key deals with C-level executives. Key Responsibilities -
Own results for individual and team targets ensuring consistent quota achievement.

Coach and develop sales reps through performance reviews one-on-one coaching and skill development plans.

Manage pipeline and metrics through disciplined CRM usage forecasting accuracy and process optimization.

Drive new business within mid-market organizations engaging C-level executives with consultative value-based selling.

Support key deals actively participating in strategic opportunities to help move and close business efficiently.

Present tailored solutions focused on measurable business impact and ROI.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Support and Implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Recruit and onboard top-performing sales talent accelerating their productivity through structured ramp programs.

Enhance team performance through data-driven insights personalized coaching and operational improvements.

Continuously refine the sales process identifying gaps and implementing scalable improvements for sustainable growth.
Minimum Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).

5 years of experience in B2B sales with proven revenue results.

Prior experience in payroll credit card services SaaS or HCM technology strongly preferred.

2 years in a sales leadership or team coaching capacity.

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot Pipedrive etc.) and reporting dashboards.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.

Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
