What Youll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a professional courteous manner
Clearly explain service needs and recommended maintenance
Coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians
Keep customers informed on service progress and any changes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
What Were Looking For:
Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
Friendly positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Basic computer and technology skills
A strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience
Ability to meet performance goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result compensation may vary based on several factors including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3666 $8083.
