Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Telco transformation programs across BSS/OSS CRM charging telco platforms mediation API/middleware and digital platforms
Develop high-level and low-level solution designs integration flows interface specifications and technology blueprints
Ensure solutions are scalable secure modular API-first and aligned with ADLs reusable architecture patterns
Validate vendor and partner solutions (Huawei Whale Cloud Amdocs Ericsson Hyperscalers)

Technical Leadership

Provide architectural leadership across multiple projects simultaneously
Advise Program Managers PMs Test Managers Developers and QA teams on technical direction dependencies and design decisions
Review solution changes CRs and ensure technical feasibility before commitment
Guide teams through complex root-cause analysis performance issues and design bottlenecks

Integration Architecture

Design and govern integration models across API gateways ESB/Middleware microservices and event-driven architecture
Define integration patterns for CRM billing charging provisioning digital apps and external partner ecosystems
Work with API teams to design OpenAPI/Swagger specifications security policies throttling and versioning

ODA & Modernization Alignment

Ensure architecture aligns with TM Forum ODA principles functional domains and Open APIs
Drive cloud-native modernization (containers microservices Kubernetes DevOps pipelines)
Recommend opportunities for simplification consolidation and platform reusability

Pre-Sales & Solution Shaping

Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with solution proposals RFP/RFI responses customer workshops and technical sections of bids
Perform effort estimation solution sizing risk identification and architecture scoping
Present technical solutions confidently to CTO/CIO-level customer stakeholders

Customer Engagement & Advisory

Act as a key technical counterpart to customer architects and engineering teams
Lead design discussions technical deep dives and roadmap conversations
Provide architectural assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle

Delivery Governance (Architectural)

Conduct architecture reviews design walkthroughs and compliance checks
Ensure solution quality during UAT/SIT by working with delivery teams on design alignment
Manage architectural risks design deviations and performance concerns

Documentation & Standards

Create architecture documentation including: High-Level Designs (HLD) Low-Level Designs (LLD) Integration Designs API Specifications Data Models Sequence Diagrams Deployment Architectures
Define and enforce coding guidelines design standards and reusable architecture blueprints

Person Specifications

Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and stay continuously updated with emerging trends architectural patterns and AI-driven advancements to drive efficiency and productivity
10 - 15 years of experience in Telco/Enterprise architecture
Strong expertise in BSS/OSS CRM charging/billing mediation and provisioning
Experience designing large-scale integrations using API Gateways ESB microservices and event-driven systems
Strong understanding of TMF ODA TMF Open APIs domain-driven design (DDD) and cloud-native architecture
Hands-on experience with at least one major vendor ecosystem (Huawei Whale Cloud Amdocs Ericsson MATRIXX Hyperscalers)
Ability to guide technical teams and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication with the ability to explain complex architectures in simple terms
Excellent stakeholder management (internal external)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Leadership presence with the ability to influence decisions
Collaborative and able to work across delivery sales and product engineering
Preferred Certifications (Optional): TOGAF / TMF Open API / ODA certifications AWS/Azure/GCP Architect Kubernetes / CNCF Kafka / Integration-related certifications
