Job Summary

One of our prestigious clients in Colombo Sri Lanka is looking for experienced Architects to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 350000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and plan architectural projects from concept to completion.
Prepare detailed drawings layouts and specifications using AutoCAD or relevant software.
Coordinate with clients contractors and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee project execution ensuring quality timelines and budgets are maintained.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends materials and technologies in architecture.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience in architectural projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp or other design software.
Strong knowledge of design standards building codes and construction practices.
Excellent communication presentation and project management skills.
Creative detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
