DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure effective distribution within the assigned territory.
- Strengthen market presence by expanding product availability and visibility across all trade channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers distributors and key business partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide timely insights to the management team.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives promotions and merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports territory analysis and forecasting data to support decision-making.
- Guide and support distributor sales teams in daily operations to drive performance and productivity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Sales within the FMCG sector (ASE level) & 8-10 years for ASM level.
- Strong analytical negotiation and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain healthy business relationships across all levels.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
