Job Summary
Position: Facility Supervisor
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of workplace facilities including building systems and infrastructure. Oversee routine maintenance repairs and improvement projects.
- Manage internal teams and external service providers (e.g. maintenance cleaning front desk) to maintain service quality and operational continuity.
- Maintain up-to-date records oversee contract administration review vendor invoices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Facilitate employee relocation manage housing logistics and oversee property inspections maintenance and lease agreements.
- Oversee procurement and lifecycle management of office assets and supplies. Monitor expenses and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations onboard new employees and address facility-related concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 2 years in facilities or property management or a related field.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles infrastructure systems and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools as well as advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills; ability to lead teams manage vendors
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Detail-oriented with a service-driven approach.
