Job Summary

What youll do

Lead inspire and develop team members ensuring high performance motivation and operational excellence.
Manage staffing levels and scheduling: coordinate shifts coverage and rotations to guarantee smooth uninterrupted studio operations.
Oversee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards maintain quality assurance and operational safety at all times.
Analyze operational and financial data adjust strategies to meet targets and implement improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships facility maintenance and resource allocation ensuring the studio environment is always up to standard.
Foster and nurture a collaborative positive team culture supporting professional growth and team cohesion across departments.

What were looking for

Native or fluent Serbian (C1) and strong written and spoken English (B2).
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an operations-management or team-lead role; experience managing large teams is a plus.
Strong people-management organizational and leadership skills able to build mentor and manage teams under pressure.
Basic financial-management skills ability to handle budgeting and resource planning and a proactive analytical mindset.
Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends or nights) and readiness to adapt in a dynamic live-studio production setting.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills at all levels.
