What youll do

Host live online games in Russian: lead sessions manage game flow and ensure a seamless professional broadcast.
Maintain a polished on-camera presence: speak clearly engage players confidently and present games with high energy composure and consistency.
Follow studio standards and brand guidelines: meet presentation and grooming requirements ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
Adapt to a shift-based schedule: support a 24/7 service pattern including nights weekends or holidays with reliability and punctuality.
Contribute positively to the team: show enthusiasm flexibility and a customer-focused mindset while working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

What were looking for

Native or fluent Russian (C1/C2) strong written and verbal communication in Russian is essential.
Good English (B1/B2) for collaboration with colleagues and understanding internal communications.
Exceptional on-camera presentation and interpersonal skills confident friendly and comfortable interacting with a live audience.
High energy positive attitude and ability to stay focused during live sessions; resilience under pressure.
Flexibility and reliability: prepared to work a shift-based schedule and maintain consistent performance.
