Job Summary

What youll do

Develop and maintain training materials and structured programs to ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about games procedures and studio standards.
Run training sessions for new hires and existing team members guiding them through onboarding performance expectations and continuous improvement.
Work with management to identify individual and team training needs design performance-improvement plans and monitor progress through defined KPIs.
Provide constructive feedback encouragement and support to staff helping foster professional growth confidence and high-quality performance.

What were looking for

Native or fluent Serbian (C1) plus good English (B2) for clear communication in a multilingual environment.
High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in training coaching or staff development (experience in gaming or live-studio roles is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills patience and a genuine interest in helping others develop their skills.
Flexibility to work within a fast-paced shift-based studio environment adapting to changing schedules and demands.
