What youll do

• Manage and coordinate training operations: create update and maintain training materials develop training programmes and lead onboarding sessions for new team members.
• Supervise and support training staff oversee their activities ensure adherence to training standards and mentor individuals to meet performance expectations.
• Evaluate staff performance support development plans and work to continuously raise standards through feedback coaching and improvement of training procedures.
• Identify operational issues or training gaps report them propose enhancements to training tools or policies and help implement improvements to optimize training efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and compliance ensure confidentiality correct use of resources and adherence to internal standards and procedures.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Serbian (C1) and good English (B2) strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a training coaching or staffdevelopment role; experience coordinating or supervising a team is highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and mentoring skills able to motivate and guide staff deliver constructive feedback and foster team growth.
• Strong organisational skills attention to detail reliability and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced shift based studio environment.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g. Word Excel) for documentation scheduling and reporting.
