Were looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join a leading company in the manufacturing industry based in Santa Catarina N.L.
In this role youll manage key HR processes from recruitment and payroll to benefits and employee relations while supporting a collaborative and dynamic team.

What youll do
- Execute end-to-end HR processes including recruitment onboarding payroll benefits and employee terminations.
- Manage IMSS and labor-related documentation.
- Support HR policies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR operations including recruitment payroll benefits and IMSS.
- Solid understanding of employee life cycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) and its practical application.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll systems.
