What will your job look like
Serve as a trusted point of contact for Field HR proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when needed.
Apply uptodate HR processes tools and best practices in daily interactions with employees and HR partners.
Provide solutions aligned with HR guidelines and business priorities adapting processes when appropriate to meet operational needs.
Develop generate and present a variety of reports that support HR operations organizational processes and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate data across HR systems and produce ongoing reports and analytics to support monitoring and decisionmaking.
Plan and manage the operational execution of HR processes and activities from initiation through completion ensuring coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all required logistics documentation and facilities are in place to support seamless HR process delivery.
Perform and oversee Background Check (BGC) verification activities.
Manage contract operations with accuracy consistency and compliance.
Lead and coordinate preboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires entering the organization.
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree holder
- Advanced English proficiency
- Previous experience in operational roles (that is handling operational processes and systems)
24 years of HR experience preferably in HR Operations.
Strong working knowledge ofany HR system (HRIS).
Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and the ability to work independently and proactively.
Nice to have
- Willingness to learn position management processes.
- Experience working in a global or multiregional environment.
