Job Summary

Hospitality/Kitchen Steward Roles

Sanitation & Cleaning:
- Washing dishes glassware flatware pots and pans either by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment (grills ovens stoves) and all kitchen and dining areas.
- Following all sanitation codes and food safety regulations.
Support & Organization:
- Stocking and replenishing service stations with supplies like napkins silverware condiments and trays.
- Transporting used linen to the laundry or housekeeping area.
- Assisting in the receiving and storing of stock and supplies.
- Removing trash and recyclables.
Guest Service :
- Greeting and seating patrons.
- Serving water and refilling beverage glasses.
- Clearing and re-setting tables for the next guests.
