Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service Operations
Welcome guests warmly and assist them in seating as per service protocols.
Present menus take orders accurately and serve food and beverages as per brand
standards.
Ensure tables are set up neatly before service and cleared efficiently afterward.
Refill water clear used dishes and attend to guest needs proactively.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct order
delivery.
Maintain awareness of ongoing promotions menu changes and daily specials.
Cleanliness Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area service stations and pantry.
Follow all hygiene safety and sanitation standards as per company and statutory
guidelines.
Ensure cutlery crockery and glassware are clean polished and ready for service.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service.
Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service techniques.
Positive attitude grooming standards and willingness to learn.
