Title:	Team Leader - Dispatch operation and transport management	Location	Karnoor - Hosur	Version:

Department:	Parts management	Section / Unit:	Parts warehouse

Position reports to:	Manager - Parts Operation


1. Purpose (Describe why this position exists in the company or what unique value does this position add to the company)
Dispatching of Right spare parts to the APS / Dealers with total employee involvement. Leading a team of workmen to achieve PQCDMS targets

2. Role Description (List down 10 (max) discrete jobs in the order of priority)	Applicable SOP
Manage daily dispatch end to end activities
Monitor routes schedules and real-time tracking systems to ensure timely execution
Adhere dispatch plans as per the defined SOBS
Supervise dispatch third party staff and ensure on time dispatches from warehouse
Collaborate with Front end warehouse third party team to align priorities
Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking tools to manage assignments
Coordinate with front end regarding service schedules delays or changes
Coordinate with front end regarding on time DCR processing
Coordinate with Finance and Central purchase for Agreement sign off and new code creation
Improve utilization of FTL
Improve 1S2S . Protect material from natural forced deterioration
Involvement in cost optimization projects
Effective Daily work management
On time transporter Bills clearance

Adherence in dispatches - L1 / SAP	%	Monthly
