Job Description Tender Support Executive Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1-3 years in Tender domain About the role: The Support Executive is responsible for providing end-to-end client support throughout the complete tendering cycle ensuring accuracy efficiency and client satisfaction from client onboarding document verification and bid preparation to final submission and post-submission feedback handling and referral generation follow-ups using phone email WhatsApp and remote access tools. This position demands strong coordination with multiple clients technical accuracy and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:- - Establish initial contact with assigned clients and understand their product/service offerings and eligibility for government tenders and manage the entire support process independently - Coordinate with the internal team to identify relevant tenders as per client category and scope to ensure accurate documentation & compliance with tender terms and conditions - Provide online technical and operational tender bidding support and troubleshooting to clients on GeM and other eProcurement portals through remote connection phone and email support. - Build and maintain trust-based client relationships ensuring repeat business and referrals - Assist clients with bid submission documentation and portal navigation. - Ensure error-free and timely submission of bids through remote connection phone and email support - Collect regular feedback to improve client experience and identify new service opportunities - Handle multiple client projects simultaneously maintaining proper records documentation and communication logs. - Familiarity with various tender bidding portals - Report daily progress pending work and client updates to the team lead - Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi/Gujarati language Skills and Qualification:- - Minimum 1 year of experience in Tender Support / GeM / eProcurement - Hands-on experience with GeM Portal Central / State eProcurement Portals and online bidding procedures. - Must have strong knowledge & experience in supporting VENDOR ASSESSMENT (OeM Panel) process on GeM - Proficiency in Remote Access Tools MS Office PDF tools Email Drafting and WhatsApp Business Communication and virtual meetings (Zoom/Meet). - Strong communication and coordination skills in English Hindi and Gujarati - Excellent multitasking time management and client coordination abilities - Basic understanding of documentation processes for ISO NSIC and DPIIT Startup certifications Why Join Us:- - Competitive salary Exposure to live government procurement and certification processes. - Friendly collaborative and growth-oriented work culture - Continuous training and professional growth in a specialized domain - Work with a leading organization in the industry
