Key Responsibilities:
Development & Integration:
Design develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x/6.x) EMS Admin
Develop message flows transformation logic (XSLT XPATH) and business processes using TIBCO tools.
Work on SOA REST/SOAP web services JMS and XML/JSON integrations.
Participate in code reviews unit testing and deployment activities.
Optimize TIBCO processes for performance scalability and reliability.
Application Support:
Provide L2/L3 support for TIBCO-based integrations and applications.
Troubleshoot production incidents identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
Monitor message queues processes and services using TIBCO Hawk Splunk or similar tools.
Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure high availability and performance.
Handle incidents change and problem management as per standards.
Environment & Deployment:
Perform environment setup configuration and maintenance across DEV QA UAT and PROD.
Support patching upgrades and migration activities.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x EMS Administrator Hawk and Adapters (File JDBC SOAP etc.).
Good understanding of integration design patterns and message-oriented middleware.
Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) JMS XML/XSD JSON XSLT.
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux SQL.
Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow) and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
