Job Summary

TIBCO Lead Developer / Senior Developer / Developer
The TIBCO professional is responsible for designing developing and supporting enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW 6.x and Container Edition (CE). The role focuses on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices to support business intelligence and analytics systems. 2. Roles & Responsibilities (Detailed JD)

Meet with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration objectives and requirements.
Analyze requirements and provide preliminary estimates for development effort and timelines.
Design and document technical architecture and integration specifications.
Develop test and deploy TIBCO BW applications using BW 6.x and Container Edition (CE).
Lead and guide team members in preparing technical designs mappings and documentation (Lead role).
Ensure best practices in performance scalability security and reusability.
Support deployment troubleshooting and production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
