Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telesales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills along with a passion for client handling and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our advertising services
- Generate leads follow up regularly and maintain client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain data records call logs and daily reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for campaign execution Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualification:
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BDE
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi/Punjabi (Basic English required)
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel preferred
Salary Structure
per month (Fixed Salary based on experience) Attractive Incentives (Performance-based)
