The Role: Creator Partnerships Executive
This role is focused on discovering evaluating and curating top creator talent across the social landscape. Youll blend trend awareness with data insight to identify creators who can elevate brand campaigns and push creative boundaries. Working closely with Client Services Brand Partnerships Strategy and Creative teams you will build robust creator pipelines shape briefing responses and ensure campaigns connect the right creators to the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of influencer marketing creator strategy or talent management experience

  • Proactively source emerging and established creators across TikTok Meta YouTube Snap Twitch and Pinterest

  • Track creator trends content shifts and new platform features to inform campaigns

  • Build and maintain curated creator rosters across key sectors (beauty gaming tech travel etc.)

  • Evaluate creators using qualitative and quantitative methods including authenticity engagement rate reach growth and brand alignment

  • Conduct brand safety checks and analyse audience integrity and historical partnerships

  • Translate creative briefs into actionable sourcing frameworks and indicative creator lists

  • Prepare polished client-ready creator recommendations and provide estimated pricing benchmarks

  • Monitor cultural trends and produce insights on creator behaviour and platform dynamics

  • Manage early-stage creator relationships and liaise with talent agents

  • Use talent management systems (Tagger Waves CRM tools) to maintain organised scalable creator data

  • Support continuous development of sourcing processes systems and frameworks

About You

  • 3 years of experience in influencer marketing creator partnerships or talent management

  • Strong understanding of the US creator market and platform-specific content behaviours

  • Skilled in using influencer discovery and analytics tools such as CreatorIQ or Tagger

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs at once

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present rationale and insights

  • Naturally collaborative comfortable working across creative strategy and data teams

  • Passionate about culture trends and storytelling with a sharp eye for emerging talent
