What youll do

As a Senior Solution Sales Specialist (SSE) youll lead SAPs HCM Line of Business (LoB) cloud growth and innovation adoption across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders youll champion SAPs One SAP strategy accelerate AI-driven innovation and position SAP as the preferred digital transformation partner.

Your impact will include:

  • Account Ownership & Strategy Drive business for net new and installed base accounts develop strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and market conditions.
  • Customer Value Journey Identify high-priority business challenges define transformation roadmaps and guide customers through measurable value realization.
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Management Expand SAPs footprint across HCM LoB and influence multi-year digital transformation strategies.
  • Product Success & Innovation Accelerate adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and promote SAPs innovation agenda in the local ecosystem.
  • Executive Engagement Lead strategic discovery sessions ROI storytelling and executive-level presentations to drive demand and decision-making.

What you bring

  • Deep SAP and HCM domain expertise including strong understanding of AI and innovation trends.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead complex SaaS cycles.
  • Strong B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder digital transformation programs.
  • Expertise in value engineering ROI storytelling and business case creation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.
