Job Summary

Outsourced CFO is recruiting for a meticulous Financial Statement Drafting Consultant to ensure valuable client service through the accurate and timely compilation planning and execution of IFRS IFRS for SME and consolidated financial statements.

Key Responsibilities;

Client service;

Compiling planning and executing IFRS financial statements
Compiling planning and executing IFRS for SME financial statements
Compiling planning and executing Consolidated financial statements

Client Admin (Scoping onboarding non deliverable meeting etc);

Updating Zoho CRM with client details
Client Scoping according to scoping document
Preparing proposals on Practice Ignition
Documenting upsell or sale opportunities on Zoho CRM
Client onboarding process facilitation
Client off boarding process facilitation

Company culture;

Regular attendance and participation of company team events.
Develop and maintain a positive and productive company culture
Promote the company values and ensure that they are being adhered to
Foster a culture of teamwork collaboration and mutual respect

Training;

Ensure that scheduled training is completed
Engage technical team on items if you feel you do are not equipped to perform these tasks
Deliverable training update
Technology certifications
Internal software usage (Zoho G- suite)
OCFO Internal processes
Budget management

Requirements

Min Qualifications Required - CA (SA)

Min Experience Required;

3 - 5 years post articles.
IFRS IFRS for SME and Consolidation experience.
Caseware or draftworks experience
Mid tier firms experience preferential
